Wats good everyone just got some mor lyrica questions for yall

1. Im currently taking lithium and nardil both have been very effective. I also take invega lamictal and a thyroid med. I wanted to know if its ok to combine lithium and lyrica? The lithium wont cancel out the positive theraputic effects of the lyrica rite?

2. Does lyrica act only on gaba or are there others? If so which ones?

Also Ive read report of gabapentin increase sex drive performance and satisfaction is the same true for lyrica?

1. That shouldn't be an issue.

2. Its effects are not from GABAergic activity. It binds to a subunit of the voltage-gated calcium channel, inhibiting influx of calcium ions and reducing the propensity of the neurons to fire. This channel is on a number of different types of neurons, presumably including those that mediate anxiety, resulting in the various effects.
