Misc Soma (Carisoprodol) how long does it stay in urine?

If this thread should be placed somewhere else please direct me and I shall comply.
So Im wondering how long Soma's would stay in your system(urine) ?

Both how long Carisopdrodol stays in the urine but also it metabolizes into meprobamate which if im not mistaken is a form of barbiturate -
how long meprobamate will stay in the urine?

Say you take five 350mg Soma's in one day only - how long until it and its metabolites is out of ones urine? (The urine will be tested with quick test and analysis)
