Solving the Nutrition Problem on Steroids

No I agree mate it cam be used very responsibly and safely but, I just have no need, Even topically though the research there is interesting and bears further investigation. Hell I am already back in the gym and all I missed was 2 days plus the week end and started back monday with legs lol.
 
A diet, food, or even recipes discussion would benefit a lot of people who browse this board. I love seeing how people manipulate their intake to achieve their goals, I think it's fascinating.

My next bulk shake is going to be...
2 bananas 210 calories
2 scoops of whey 240
16oz whole milk 275
2 scoops of peanut butter 190
Probably like 5 grams of fiber added too. Might take out the extra banana and make it 800 calories.

Also, after learning about the low GI of pineapple juice, I'm considering mixing 10 egg whites with 16oz pineapple juice and a scoop of whey.
