Opioids solpadiene injecting wise idea?

okay basically ive heard that if you inject codiene it can cause a seriously nasty reaction. apparently its fine to inject it into the muscle but not into a vein. anyone know if this is actually true? and does anyone know if it would be possible to inject solpadiene over the counter tablets (codiene and parecetomol) without possibly killing myself? i've been trying to do a rattle/ detox off heroin but do not want to simply replace it with a substance like methadone or subutex so have been simply sticking to over the counter remedies to try and just take the edge of the worst of the cluck.

is this codiene solpadiene idea the worst one thats popped into my head so far or no? basically im just pretty damn curious about wether it is possible for it to be injected (and into a vein, not skin popped).

Absolutely the worse idea thats popped into you head so far.

You can't IV codeine, much less some awful OTC blend of codeine/acetaminophen/binders/fillers. There are so many ridiculous risks here its futile to even try to list them all.

Stick it out, use the withdrawal guides linked in the Other Drugs directory to take the edge off. If you can't do this, look into getting on a rapid taper suboxone program (not maintenance) to help ease you off.
