Solidarity

No time like right now
To form a society that works differently
Mutual aid and respect are the key
To helping one another live free and equally

From each according to ability
To each according to need
Marx said this long ago
And Bakunin did agree
But said Marx's way of getting there
Would result in tyranny
History has shown us this
And only a Leninist would disagree 8) :p

So start right now
With your dearest friends
And live out your ideals
By forming a gift-economy
And the principle is simple:
Whoever has, gives.

And soon, property lines are all but erased
Yes, one still has possessions
Like not sharing toothbrushes, in this case
But the most valuable possession of all
Is the bond of solidarity
Because coming together, victory is surely ours
And we cannot fall

And with the same spirit of unity
You can start your own little community

The next step:
Building collectives & cooperatives
To free ourselves from wage-slavery

^with certain comrades of mine, it has already happened.

it's god damn fulfilling to have friendships that've gone beyond self-interested materialism. you should give it a try with a group of relatively trustworthy friends.

you could say that maybe someone would try to take advantage of everyone else's goodwill and because of that, it would never work. in fact, we've already dealt with that situation. what happened was that the selfish asshole who only took and never gave quickly lost favor with the rest of the group and was economically excluded. so it's pretty much tit for tat...
you scratch my back, i'll scratch yours. ;)
