Soils and Supplements

I was curious as to what the best type of soil one can find locally, for growing plants at home? Also, what kind of soil supplements would be good for plants at home?

1 pt. cocoir - 1 pt. S. peatmoss - 1 pt. pearlite - 1 pt. mushroom compost - .3pt worm castings(if not in MR compost) & other seeeecrets.

or 50/50 - 65/35 cocoir&pearlite as a soilless.

sphagnum peatmoss&pearlite as seedling soil, or "mulch"


i usually make the bottom 1/3-1/4 of the pot bottom hydroton and vemiculite.


or just buy some foxfarm or a promix bail...
