soggy tobacco

dunno if anyone can give me a hand here, i'm out of money and fairly desperate for nicotine, and I found a half full pouch of tobacco in one of my drawers. However, instead of going stale, this stuff seems to have turned into an almost liquid. Anyone had this before/ know if I can save it?
 
might throw it in the fridge overnight, to be honest I know next to nothing about tobacco or how well it keeps, it must have been in that drawer for fucking yonks though.
 
Never heard of tobacco getting wetter. It normally goes dry as fuck. Sounds mouldy/rotten. I'm not sure if any of the 4,000 chemicals can turn into anything nasty, but I'd certainly not like to chance it. ;)
 
Hmm.....I'd rip it apart and air-dry it and see what the end result is. Force drying tobacco or any plant for that matter seems to fuck it right up.
 
I would rather pick roll-up dog-ends up from the street (and have done many a time) than smoke that stuff you found.

Here's a few tips for dog-end crawling:

1) You need a dry day (obviously)
2) Only pick-up nice white fresh looking roll-ups (you can try ready rolled dog-ends as well, but they're usually too dry and not really worth it)
3) Beware of picking up those trendy ready rolleds with white filters - they look very much like roll-ups, but are usually fuckin menthol, which is a bit of a nasty surprise if you're not expecting it (a good indicator is that they often have lipstick on the end - 'cos only girls smoke 'em)
4) Best places to search are: Grass verges alongside busy 'A' roads where drivers chuck their fags out the window; Underneath the windows of all those blocks of yuppie flats that are springing up everywhere these days (they don't want to make their new flats smell so they hang out the window and drop the ends on the floor); Entrances to supermarkets and public buildings where they have those ashtrays full of sand - you can usually get some particularly juicy ones out of them

tobacco ususally spills into my handbag which can come in handy. but it's summer and in summer i pick random flowers put them in my handbag and forget about them. however, the tobacco is mixed with lavender and roses and actually is quite a nice smoke. I thik I'm going to make my fortune thacher style with philip morris.
 
haha I just chucked the baccy in the end, why the fuck it went soggy instead of drier than a nuns vag is beyond me.
