What jamesmartin said is about correct. Try and find out what people are saying about your pill on pillreports.com. Hydration is important, but don't drink too much. I generally try and stay above a couple bottles of water if I'm active and under four (a bottle being a typical 16.9oz / 500ml bottle)

The comeup is very intense for some people. I remember my first time saying "omg omg omg" over and over right before thinking "Holy shit, i'm addicted." I'd be sure to do it with friends so you can look out for each other (and because ecstasy is a social drug that makes most people open, friendly, and social). If it's good, expect the best / happiest experience of your life (at least I like to think it is). Be safe!!!
 
I would advise not to drop alone for your first time. I would definitely have a sitter there at least, unless you don't have any friends that are willing to do it, i would wait til they get some as well.

E is amazing but you only get one first drop and to maximize the effects I think it's good to do it with close friends, good music (preferably edm(techno) but some rock works as well) and be in a comfortable enviornment. You probably won't flip out if you do it alone but you may be in kind of a negative headspace or ancy and wishing you could talk or be surronded by people, and sometimes talking to sober people can feel a bit awkward because you are trying to convey all these emotions and feelings that they can't understand.

i did it alone, i wouldnt reccomend it alone. IT SUCKED rolling alone, being liek "I WANNA TALK TO YOU SO BAD" and not having many people to talk to. REAL fun though, i <3 MDMA more than i love speed. And i love speed.

I kinda did the same as u my first time. We were at a party full of drunks which I don't like when Rollin so me and a mate just sat outside smoking and just jammin
and man we talked about a lot .

We really bonded alot that night . And it brought us so much closer (no homo - all u rollers know what I'm on about lol )

Man! I'm really hoping to be rolling this coming up Saturday/Sunday(Valentine's Day!!). After all the crap that went down this weekend/week, I'm definitely needing that special feeling of love. In fact, I think I might go ballistic if our plans fall through... E's been especially hard to get around here lately, as someone overdosed and some names got dropped... but... well... I'm just crossing my fingers.

don't do it alone man. Your first roll sets the tone for all those to follow. MDMA is a social drug and is nothing short of amazing when taken with a close friend you can confide in and enjoy talking too.

But if you insist on doing it alone, make sure you have plenty of sugar free gum, some fruits and fruit juice. Pick out some music that you really enjoy that is upbeat to listen to during the peak and something mellow that you really liek to listen to for the come down. Wear some really comfortable pants and shirt and have some fun things to occupy yourself. Plan more then one activity that you can do that doesn't require a whole lot of concentration because you will be ADD as hell on MDMA. Do not drive and make sure you do not have to do or talk to anyone of authority/ don't call your work or make life or situation altering decisions while rolling.
 
HERE is the update, i am still tripping balls, omggg. After calling everyone, got some friends to come over. omg this is amzing, thank you all for the advice. I will gte back and let you know how everything went when im not rolling >.>

I take two hits of pretty decent blotter, I think three would work fine as well if you are experienced with both LSD and MDMA even if you've never tried them together. If you're feeling cautious, just stick with two. Have fun dude!
 
I'll be damned... off of one pill??? >_O I'm envious. I need a good half gram to feel any empathy whatsoever =\
