what is it with american pharmacies and their time to dispense meds? are some places that busy it takes all day or is it how the system works there?

here in australia it takes no more than 10mins usually. if it's busy maybe up to a half hour or so, but nothing like you described. on the odd occasion the pharmacy might be short of supply or have none at all so they'll ask to come back the next day or go to an alternate pharmacy.

I must be lucky...I will drop my CII prescriptions off at 8:00am if I am headed to an early am job & they are ready for pick-up in 20 minutes

Lucky lucky lucky!!!! I wish. My pharmacy is across town from me. So it's even more of inconvenience.

I have to go out of my way to pickup my paper RX for CIIs but my wait time at the pharmacy is next to nada, like 15 minutes, it's more than enough time to hit up In N Out drive thru or go to another pharmacy to pickup my GFs scripts.

CIII is even easier, if I was taking norcos I wouldn't have to pickup a paper RX but I would be too worried to ever change to HC from OC

I'm already owed a free 1/4 gram. whatever, man, I'll just get it and like dose orally before like a jam or a show or something.

Oh yeah and the people who I was supposed to go to outside lands with bailed out, and i had to sell my ticket cause i have no way of getting there man.
