sobering up after a crazy binge

So today turned into binge day despite just a normal day..... it started off with me taking about kpins and a few neurotin (gabapentin) then I shot about half a bag of heroin and went to work. nothing out oyf the ordinary for me. but then after work I ate three more klonopins and shot another two bags of heroin. I took a nap woke up and ended up eating half a bar of xanax going to a friends house shooting 3 bags and eating more Benzos. ....not sure how many. I have also been popping Neurotin and clonadines all day. needless to say I am f***** up an 8 a.m. the next morning I have to work soon is there anything I can do other than sleep Sober myself up. I am slurring, stumbling, my vision is blurry on and off but mostly in my left eye which was damaged in a bad car accident 2 months ago ( another story for another time). I also keep nodding and like dreaming/hallucinating ........
Yes, it was top quality dope. The kpins were were 1 mg and the bars were regular bars (2mg?).....
anyway how the f*** do i sober up? I'm like falling all over the place I'm a mess...

Any tips??
I've already eaten a ton of food and it hasn't helped. so I don't know what else to do. if anyone has any advice or erience it would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of water, reasonably of course. A cold shower and food, after 6 hours of sleep, assuming you can get that, you should be fine.
 
Everyone is right the best way to get back to 100% is to have a normal life for a while. just ask yourself "If I were a "normal" straight edge person what would I be doing?" If you look and its 10PM you get ready for 8-9 hours of sleep :) Things like that.

Of course after a rather intense binge, vitamins and supplements can help a lot. My goals after a binge or a fun night/weekend
1) Drink until I pee clear (usually dehydrated after fun)
2) Eat a variety of food until I am really full (usually eat like crap at these times)
3) Sleep until I wake up naturally.

Those 3 things are probably the most important
