Mephedrone, aslo known where I stay as "Bubbles" is absaloutly Brilliant.

Reaserched it online and as far as I'm aware it is a similar chemical compound as MDMA and safe enough when it is not cut.

My advice IF YOU ARE BUYING IT OFF THE STREET is that if you hear that it has been cut with anything such as coke or extasy DO NOT take it !!

Pure Methedrone/Methalone/Mephedrone is good && safe.

Do be careful when buying off the street though as "Bubbles" are often sold as strange mixes in a capsule mixed with any combination of coke, extasy, MDMA, speed or in some cases acid. Also dealers will cut methedrone with these, so if you can, check with your supplier.

^ No offence, but that post is utter bullshit from beginning to end. "Bubbles" doesn't contain coke, MDMA (or "ecstasy" - they're the same drug, donthca know ) or acid. "Bubbles" is a brand name legal high suspected to contain mephedrone and methylone. Street "Bubbles" is mostly meph cut with caffeine, glucose etc - no "real" drugs other than meph (and caffeine if you count that).

Also, meph is not at all "similar to MDMA" chemically or in effects. Nor is it remotely "safe" - it's probably the most toxic widely-used drug around, in fact. You really need to do some actual research before claiming to have done so

i have been doing mephedrone quite a few weekends now and dont get me wrong its amaizing stuff but take caution with high doseage or binging for lenghty periods of time the side effects kick in a day or two after i was on a head fuck for days after taking alot of the stuff over a lengthy period ... and on the sunday night after binging on the saturday i collapsed and blacked out anybody else expearianced this ?

Whats the legal status of this stuff in the U.S. technically? I researched and found that it is unscheduled and can be prosecutable under the analog act; so that means its basically legal when intended for non-human consumption right?

^Yep. It's not 'technically' illegal to possess...just tread carefully, im sure the government can find a way to cover it in order to prosecute.

I believe Meph is covered under the analogue law which would make it illegal for human consumption.

Here in the US it is, like other have said, unscheduled but covered by the analogue act. Meaning if it's for human consumption, it's illegal, and also it can be considered an analogue of other drugs (though what I'm not sure). I've not heard of any cases of it being seized at all here yet. There have been orders in my area made for ~150g (total, two separate orders) and it came right through.

BE VERY MOTHERFUCKING CAREFUL WHEN TAKING THIS.

From experience, it feels both very cardiotoxic and very neurotoxic. Feels great when you're on it, at least for a while, and there's not much of a comedown. But it loses its magic quickly and you're tempted to redose/dose higher, which many people do. After a 1.5g binge (spaced over a day and a half), I felt like utter shit. It had been a month since I had done any but I apparently still had a tolerance, because I was getting very little of the effects I had previously gotten, and more of ones I hadn't. There was a rush, but no more euphoria, and much more jaw clenching/heart rate was increased more/etc. Also, I can still smell it at times even now (two weeks later), and I sometimes find myself fiending for a line. I love this drug but honestly doubt I'll be touching it again. Too dangerous in my opinion.

A quick addition: the last time I did mephedrone (1.5g binge), it clogged my nose up for days, and also burnt my throat/mouth terribly. The drip seemed almost like acid that time, eating away at the back of my throat; it was sore for at least a day after, and I couldn't talk for a few hours the next day. My lips seemed as though they had gotten extremely chapped, though with a 'burnt' feel to them, and even water caused them to burn more.

I'd heard a lot about this stuff, most of it good so I did some reading & research, then decided to give it a go.

Today I got three 250mg capsules containing half Methylone half Mephedrone powder from a headshop in town, cost £10 per capsule. Swallowed one capsule about 4hrs ago, just topped up by snorting a quarter of the contents of another.

My verdict? bloody excellent...just as good as MDMA, in many ways better. So clean. I'll be definitely doing this again.

Used to do a lot of the illegal stuff, but haven't for a while now. Mainly because the quality of street E has become quite frankly shite in this country. Now I wouldn't go back to illegal even if the quality was ok-ish, this stuffs better. And at least you know what you're taking..

mkat (bolt)

mkat is known as "bolt" around where i live and everyone i mean everyone is taking it. I wish i never even tryed the drug because it is very very addictive and after you have had it, you just want more and more of it. I went 4 weekends in a row taking it friday-sunday and i lost sooooooo much weight so i stopped going out because i realised what it was doing to me, it made my eyes roll to the back of my head... it made me have the shakes and it makes me dead twitcy also really paranoid. IT makes your clothes smell, makes your skin, face, hands smell etc. It makes you very talkative but talking about really silly things and really random things . . . it makes my legs feel like jelly. it gives you a good buzz but a really good rush thats why i think everyones taking it because its known now to be the best drug, alot better buzz than what you get off coke, speed etc. you get it here for £XX a gram some places £XX. there is different types of it, you can get 1 type of mkat which is pure crystal and a different sort thats not as cyrstal. when you have had it you just want more and more and you will not give up wanting it untill you get it. that is an 100% effect on anybody. When you have your first sniff it really burns your nose and you can taste it really bad at the back of your throat most people heave but are not physically sick after it. I havent ate for about 4 days after taking it. You cannot sleep at all once you have had it and you certainly cannot face food as it tastes like rubbber!..... i lost about 2 stone after taking it 2 days every weekend for 4 weeks.... food tastes like nothing as it makes you loose the feeling in your taste buds. You have tooth ache after it, sore tongue, and it gives you mouth usclers. The best thing about mkat is that it does not give you a come down and its cheap and it gives you a very good buzz. but i would certainly not reccomend it to anyone

I've read some concerns about people experiencing differing quality of meph depending on which sources they bought it from. Obviously not going to name any names here but the stuff i have is kind of a fine white powder, it doesn't smell particularly strongly of anything, maybe just of something a little stale, hard to put my finger on, but not urine or anything like that!

I'm not planning on trying it for another couple of days, but what do people think?

Why are you considering using it again at all ? What are you hoping to achieve from using it and what is missing in your life. I can not understand this desire to constantly be euphoric or change the way you feel unless you have a mood disorder which is undertreated or undiagnosed. If you do not have a mood disorder or suffer from anxiety or depression or paranoia, why risk developing a life long struggle with this. Any drugs you take may trigger these illnesses ! Be aware of this when reaching for the quick fix. It is not worth it ! Think of your whole life ahead and keep your brain intact! TAKING DRUGS IS NOT COOL , IT IS STUPID.

That would depend on the drug. There are many perfectly valid reasons to take drugs. Including just plain ol' fun. I tend to agree that meph is a pretty pisspoor one to choose though. Partly due to toxicity but mostly cos it's just a crappy drug

Anyone selling these drugs is preying on the vulnerability of unhappy people or those with mood problems who may be desperate to change the way they feel, and who would be better on prescribed appropriate treatments.They sell for their own selfish gains and do not care at all about what happens next. They do not see the physical, emotional, social, legal, psychological and behavioural damage, and they do noit care about the effects during drug use or after effects ! They rely on the stupidity and experimentation of youngsters and the vulnerability of those with mental problems looking for ways to lift their mood, or sustain a high, or treat a depression, but it is no solution and generally makes matters much worse. They are not there to pick up the pieces of distressed individuals and traumatized families and wrecked relationships, and serious mental illnesses disrupted. The people selling these drugs are parasites, and the buyers fools ! stupid ,vulnerable , poor fools !

Full legalisation is the way to solve that one as far as is possible. Like Shambles said, there are multiple reasons why someone might takes drugs. BL is not about dictating to those who come on that they should or shouldn't take a certain drug (4MMC). Who are you to decide/dictate what someone should take. Yes, put forward your opinion/evidence to others to allow them to make information decision but don't preach!

It amazes me you're last comment on "taking drugs are stupid" - don't come to a drug minimization website then whose sole purpose is drug information.

Having said that I am no way trying to downplay the (ill)effects of Mephedrone. Granted no signification research has been conducted to prove either neural nor cardio-toxicity, as with any RC (actually, any drug for that fact) caution should always be taken.
