So most of us know benzos are no joke in w/d. anyways i have been taking benzos for 10.5 years Around oct 2012 i was taking 180mgs of valium a day and have been tapering since then. By Dec 2013 i was down to 10mg and to this day ive been stuck there. The w/ds are far worse in this part trying to get from 10 to 0 then it was going from 180 to 10. This is my 5th time cold tapering or cold turkeying. At one point i coldturkeyed off 4-5 mgs of clonazepam a day id taken for 2 straight years (Stupid me id always go back after a few months of being off them im fucked in the head i guess)i felt like i was gonna die but didnt seizure and rode it out (stupid i know).
So heres my question after close to years of tapering of that massive 180mg daily dose since oct 2012 and just being stuck here since dec 2013 i want to get this shit over with. my soul is tired. if i just stop taking the daily 10mg valium cold turkey given ive never seizured b4 do you think id seizure now? ive been dependant a long time.... im done with these pills. I dont care how shit i feel i just would rather not die.
ive become more cautious in my mid late 20s.
sorry for the rant ive only taken 5 mgs for the pasts 2 days and its literally already starting (the wd/s) and its making my bipolar and various other mental illnesses act up hard. mania....................
