nope. i'm pretty sure international just means more than one country, which in this case would include canada, mexico, and all those south american ones that create drugs but never post here. it's much easier than all that clumsy 'north & south american' part that excludes central america for some reason.

You can totally tell talking about drugs online is a totally developed world thing. I have never seen anyone on this site from Africa, Middle East, Asia (except Mariacallas), South or Central America.

Heck I haven't even seen anyone from Mexico on here.

And I know many in those countries have computers so that's not the issue.

I think it's a opulance / culture thing as well. Most people in many many countries don't have money to "waste" on drugs.

In that case I think ADS (Americas Drug Discussion) would fit the bill.

I thought about this but I know there's many people in south america who use cocaine. Mexico is drug saturated. South-east asia certainly has lots of drug use.
