Misc so my STUPID friend snorted some type of antibiotic

And since then he's been gradually getting wacker and almost becoming more immature than he was a year ago. I was wondering if this could have any type of negative effect on him? Other than what happened to him and his buddy who did it at the time. One of them was on the floor for like six hours and the other was zombified. Also wondering what potential negative side effects are possible from the combination of antibiotics and alcohol.
