so i know xanax on a fulll stomach sucks but i wanted to take some right now if i were to put em all under my tongue that way it would be just as effective right? im talking 5 or 6mg (yes i know its alot but i know my tolerance)

well, you'll be tasting shit for like an hour if you're doing that with 6 pills.

me personally, i can feel downers just the same on full stomach or not... I drink milk to make my high better. Helps with the hiccups, makes your throat feel great too.

Sublingual dosing is typically quite effective with alprazolam and other similar compounds. However I agree that there would be alot of binder and filler in contrast to the quantity of drug present, which may negatively effect absorption. As was also said, I also don't find a drastic difference between oral or sublingual benzos regardless of stomach contents; in fact I think that if you have had a fatty meal that it could potentially aid in a oral doses absorption as I believe alprazolam is lipid soluble

I always use xanax sublingually and i feel like it works slightly better/faster than orally that way.

Most people tell you the taste is horrible but they probably haven't used Alprazolam for a long period, you get used to it and for me its not a bad taste at all, maybe because its the taste of my anxiety vanishing but either way, i suggest sublingual over oral any day, the only time i use it orally is when i wake up and take it at the same time as Sertraline, Gabapentin & breakfast.

I too enjoy a Sublingual taste of xanax. As well as effects that SEEM equally strong coming on quick. Not much difference, helps when using to come off edginess of Vyvanse
