so I've got a fentanyl patch

I just acquired a trans-dermal fentanyl patch. it is of the 75 mcg/hr variety.

I am an intelligent drug user, and very opiate (opioid) tolerant. my question is, how should I go about doing this patch?

I have been taking opioids daily for about a month now, and I have a couple more doses left before I decide to stop them all together and better my life the dose in question is about 80 mg Oxycontin, and I have about three doses left to suffice me.

I have taken fent before, but I've never acquired a whole patch. I'm really excited to do this, but I'm just wondering how I should do this. should I take a little more on my daily dosage to get some nice euphoria that I've been missing out on?

should I just wait until after my OC doses to prolong my high? I don't know if I really want to do this, but I might...

for someone who has such a high tolerance like myself, what is the best way to go about this? I don't like to dicksize, but I can do 160 mgs of OC in one fell swoop.

how can I apply this to the fent?

wait till yur done all yer shit then when the Wd barely start to kick in cut the strip in half and use it the way it was intended .
Stick it on her shoulder,let it do its work remember yer not trying to get high yer trying to kick.
If ya wanna still get high then just keep getting oxies.

Funny, I too am opiate tolerant and came I to posession of ONE 75mg fent patch, wondering aloud what best to do with it.

Do a search with my user name for the details, but I plugged it and had the best opiate high in a long, long time.

Wish I had more, but all I get is dilaudid every month. I know, I know, "poor me," most people would kill to get a monthly supply of dillies.

But what can I say, I'm way tolerant now and for some reason the fent patch worked.

I'd gladly trade my kingdom for another fent patch!

you plugged it?! I've never heard of this route before; how did you do it? I don't think the patches like the ones we got have the gel inside, amirite on that?
