so i want to be fat...HOW!?!

My lady friend is anemic, slightly tall, extremely skinny, lacto-vegetarian, and eats nothing but extremely sugary and oily fried stuff most of the time. I try to fry her up some fresh foods some of the time, but she really loves pizza, carbs, sugar, oil, and the like. She doesn't gain a goddamn pound, just a tiny bit of fat around the stomach that comes and goes. She also smokes a lot of weed. Any suggestions? Should she eat nuts?

yeah, nah but i wont.

giving up meth wont make me put on weight, i know that. i might gain a kilo,if that, i have never been more then 57kgs,going on different birth control pills never made me put on weight, eating fatty foods as i have done most of my life never caused ANY weight gain, smoking pot and eating heaps never helped either.

im at a loss me thinks :(

I'm sorry if I sound harsh but I just think that you are simply unable or unwilling to give up meth. You can't say it won't work if you don't try it, and trust me, I don't think I'm the only one who thinks it will work (stopping it, or using it less). :\

Even if you think you can't eat, try to eat as much as possible every meal time and your appetite will increase. Get plenty of sleep (at least 8 hours a day) because otherwise your body will be breaking down muscle and you will stay skinny or lose even more weight.

Best of luck! :)

Peace

I've always been skinny as well..it got bad when I was doing a lot of meth...

When I stoped, I did gain a couple of the pounds back, but I didn't really fill out again untill I started exercising. You need to do muscle building workouts if you are naturally very skinny and want to gain weight. With the workouts, appetite will increase, as will caloric intake, followed by weight.

Meth gives you that horrible "sucked up" look..even if you are not stick skinny..anyone who cares about their looks should NOT use this drug.

^These photos were taken 3 and a half years apart. THREE AND A HALF YEARS OF METH. Look what it does.

Anyways..I agree with whoever suggested nuts...nuts have a lot of nutrition packed into them and they are easy to much on here and there (without having to sit down to a big overwhelming meal).

sourlemone is spot on. To gain weight, you need to consume more energy (in the way of food) than you use every day. Eat 5 or 6 meals every day, with as much protein and complex carbs as possible. This sounds difficult (and is) but is worth it - I too have high metabolism and am probably underweight, but by doing this (and going to the gym 3 times a week) I was able to gain 6 kilos in three months. Lifting weights is not mandatory but helps. Of course, anything that slows your appetite is not going to help you gain weight.

Are you serious? Giving up meth won't make you gain weight? Shit dude, I've been tweaking since I was 15 and even I know that it's OBVIOUSLY the meth. Christ.

How many calories are you taking per day? When you're on meth you have to eat DOUBLE what you normally would just to MAINTAIN your weight.

Once you are off the meth, your metabolism will slow down. SO YES, YOU WILL GAIN A LOT OF WEIGHT!

edit: I would also like to additionally ask how old you are. Because your metabolism doesn't slow down until you've reached a mature age--for women this should be around 19 years old, and for men this should be around 21...

I have weighed 110-115lbs since i was like 14.....
Hell, i use to do the whole weight gainer stuff.....and hardly got anywhere.
Just a fast metabolism.
Could never gain weight.

Even through lsd/weed stage.....110-115...

Of course....now...i been on mass doses of daily d-amphetamine.....for 2-3 years....
Weight still always remains 110-115.....

Going through many phases and lifestyle habits etc. in 10 years for a person.....and always remaining around same weight.
Is simply the metabolism!

I use to say i could piss out water before i'm finished with a bottle of it. heheh.

Of course, being on meth.....is almost like locking in your weight.
you aint going to gain anything.(but, for me..way i see it..stoping amps i won't gain much either...cause it was problem prior)

...unless you were 150lbs and now are 110...
gaining old weight back after stoping stims is different.

What is the heaviest you have ever been?

The heaviest I've been was 122. Currently I am below 100 pounds, I lost most of that within the past 3 months too.

At any GNC or health store, they will sell smoothies specifically for the purpose of weight gain that you can make at home that are around 1,000 calories each. I suggest the topic starter makes herself 2 of these a day, ON TOP of what she eats. She should weigh herself weekly and see if she is gaining weight. If she is not, it's not enough calories. Bring on the smoothies/carbs/beer/empty calories!

Some tips:

1)Eat a shitload of very fatty food right before you go to bed every night.
2)Stop smoking meth.
3)Fast food ALL THE TIME! Especially when you're drunk.

You need Bacon Power. Eat at least a pound of bacon a day, make sure to drink all the "juice" too.

Thats like, the fucking Atkins diet. On how to lose weight lol.

Bitches eating bacon all day.

I just eat what i want, and i eat alot. but i eat out fast food, wendy's etc.
at least 3 times a week.
never concern myself with diet, or what i eat. I just make sure that i do.

Don't gain, but don't lose.

Either way, temporarily quitting the meth is fastest and only way to put on the lbs.

Make sure to eat lots of carbs and sugar w/ your bacon (and bacon grease) to raise your insulin levels, causing more of the fat to be stored in your body.

my room mate is a nutrition major and im super skinny any way i asked him what i should do.
-basically eat healthy
-limit fast food
-lots of protein(fish, beef, chicken)
-green vegetables
-fruits, its good to eat more than one kind of fruit
-carbs(breads, pasta)
-heatly fats
-vitamins(pretty much any multi-vitamin and some sort of oil vitamin, like fish oil. the oil adds to the fat stores in your body plus gives you better skin and hair)
-light - moderate exercise(cardio, weight lifting, some form yoga or pilates)
-before bed eat a PB&J with a glass of milk and also for any snack

i ate 3 big meals a day plus 3-4 smaller ones throught the day, worked out in some form everyday and in about 3.5 months i gained 15 pounds. granted i am a 20 yr old guy in college so i had easy access to food for basically free and one of the best rec centers in the US. (thank you Texas A&M and your overpriced tuition) and i also didnt do drugs except for the occasional joint.

I have an old friend who is nothing but skin and bone, and he has never touched drugs. He is sickly skinny, and I wondered how that was possible, as he ate 500 g of chokolate every day and everything else he could get his hands on.

Then one day, he told me that "well, sometimes I go 3 days without eating simply because I forget it!" No wonder, then! Consistency is key.
