I usually just insuffilate 2-4 mgs(8mg pills)...but decided i would cut half a pill into quarters and let one quarter dissolve under my tounge and the other would bust into 2 rails.....that way the norbupe would be completely blocked, or did i do too much already? Advice? Tips? Further suggestions?...oh yeah, i also took 2 1mg Kpins with it.

Thanks in advance!

this might be off topic, but im on day 5-6 of being off opana and on subs and still fill like shit, cant sleep, diarhhea, etc etc....thinking about going to a sub clinic...any advice on that as well?

Hi FF, sorry you didn't get a reply - we don't encourage people to bump their own threads, someone will get to you when they can but we've been a little short staffed lately. I've merged your posts together :)

For maximal norbuprenorphine action (you want it as high as poss, not blocked, as norbupe is a full opioid agonist rather than a partial one like buprenorphine) you want to keep your dose at <2mg, so quarter of a pill, as you took. Insufflated buprenorphine has a slightly increased bioavailability I believe, although I can't find the figures right now, so taking 2mg half sublingual and half insufflated may give you a lower blood-concentration than insufflating the entire dose - although snorting pills is not recommended as the fillers/binders can clog your sinuses and fly into your lungs.

Are you taking this purely to help your withdrawals or to get high? Is the plan to taper quickly with it or remain on maintenance? I ask because if it is for maintenance or tapering, you don't really want to get into snorting/trying to get high from it, as it interferes with your regime and also your mindset..

As for Suboxone clinic, what do you think? If you are getting WD symptoms it may be you are not on the correct dose, and a clinic might be able to help you to adjust that. A programme can also provide more long-term stability. I'm not sure exactly how they work where you are from, however - here they would be surprised to find you already on Suboxone, but you could still get treated.

I'm going to move this to Other Drugs as they are the experts in Suboxone, maintenance and opioid withdrawals and have several megathreads in the OD Directory (link at top of their forum) which you may find useful. Good luck!
