the media and his manner during these recent "revelations" are lame as fuck. so he wore a wig. so he didn't like the game. so he took some speed and lied about it. big fuckin deal. it aint like it's a performance enhancing drug. and now he's all like boo fucking hooo and actiong like he was a victim and used the evil drug to escape reality or someshit.
this PR spin is pathetic. it would have been a great opportunity to talk about experimenting and having it not harm him. after all, it's the truth, it really didn't.'
they skim over his greatest sin of throwing a match on purpose. now that it downright unethical.

wig wearing fuckin pussy. what do you expect with a name like andre. the only andre i care for in the sporting world was the giant. sure he threw his match with hogan, but that's practically the name of the game in wrestling. not to mention how that fight was so epic an entertainment for a kid.

oohhh, I think i remember hearing something about that years ago. Eh.

Its your own livelihood, you should be allowed to dog a game if you want, provided you didn't place a bet against yourself beforehand.

I watched that interview and it did seem that he was complaining of such success. I couldn't feel bad for a person that ended up with millions at the top of a certain sport. I laughed my ass of when I heard about the wig. I always thought something was up with that. It just never looked natural! LOL! LOL!

he's not even that great of a tennis player?

Have any of you read the book?

Have any of you noticed, while following his career, that he began as a pretentious dislikable megalomaniacal asshole in his teens and early 20's, who then transformed himself into a humble, appreciative champion, who had the ultimate respect of his peers, and of the tennis world overall?

Do any of you know Agassi's back-story?

This was, as Rick Reilly aptly dubbed, Andre Agassi's "Apologia."

Andre acknowledged his myriad flaws, which sent his career spiraling - until he FINALLY grew the fuck up, and ultimately, became an ambassador to the sport.

I personally detested Agassi in his early years, and then witnessed his transformation from shallow-spoiled-brat into one of the most classy, generous, well-liked, well-respected players in the game.

The world needs MORE Andre Agassis - NOT fewer.

i did notice the way he grew up in his career and can appreciate it. i'm just really disappointed he went the whole "woe is me" route when dealing with his dabbles in drugs. he's playing the cliche spin to get more air time and (safely) sell more books. sorry, but that's lame as fuck.

I never really cared for Agassi, either.

but it cracks me up thinking that he put a mullet wig on every morning.
