And there hasn't been a day I've stopped. How harmful is this every day? Should I take a break after a few days?

habitual use of ketamine has been linked with stomach, kidney and bladder issues. I personally used a LOT of ketamine everyday for about a year until i got very intense pains every time i had to pee, which made it a no brainer to stop. dont even think about k anymore, unless im at a festival or something.

Try to use one dose per day, at most with no redosing if you can do this you should be golden
