Alright guys, so I've just stopped taking Cymbalta (Duloxetine) and my question is will I be able to roll on friday or do I have to wait a little longer? I used to take 30mg of my anti depressants a day...

I suggest you wait a month. I had periods of heavy tramadol usage (is a SNRI too). I waited two weeks after I quit tramadol to roll, it was an awesome roll, but it could've been way better.

Um, SNRI's should have very little affect on MDMA at all. They release serotonin, they don't block its reuptake like SSRIs.

You can try, but I definitely think waiting closer to a month will help. Some people roll just fine after a few days. Hell, some people roll just fine while still on SSRIs and SNRIs, but I am not one of them. It takes about a month before they fully wear off for me.

I tried rolling once whilst taking my SNRIs and it didn't work at all so I think I'll wait for a while .

I decided to roll on friday as all my mates did the same and it was bloody amazing... just felt like sharing^^
