SNRIs (Cymbalta) and Amanita Muscaria, dangerous combo?

Can't really find any info. Amanitas are pretty unpopular, and their action in general pretty obscure as far as the material we cover in this subforum goes, so it's not surprising nothing comes up. Unless someone has reason to say it is safe, assume it isn't, I guess.

Definitely I'll veer toward precaution.
Amanitas work on GABA right? Any idea of potential correlation in hazards to those of combining snris with more common gaba acting compounds like benzos, etc?

Duloxetine isn't contraindicated with benzos or z hypnotics, from some brief looking (aside from maybe increased sedation), however it increases the hepatoxicity of ethanol. And even if it doesn't interact with muscimol, there's also that ibotenic acid in there. One person on BL reported that a friend who was on an SSRI had a seizure while taking amanitas.
