So I picked up a product called "Phenadrine", which is sold as a preworkout supplement, in hopes of amphetamine/Adderal-like effects with regards to motivation/energy/mood enhancement to give me a boost at work and school. The product contains phenylethylamine & 1,3 dimethylamylamine, which have been reported to have amp-like effects, and the Phenadrine itself has great reviews stating the same, so I had high hopes.

I took the recommended dose (1 capsule) and felt basically nothing. I took another capsule a few hours later (as directed), and again felt basically nothing, except perhaps some irritability... certainly nothing like I expected or the reviews I had read.

Now, I am on 75mg/day of Effexor (a small dose of an SNRI) for anxiety (which it has basically "cured"), and I am wondering if it is in some way blocking the effects of the phenylethylamine and/or 1,3 dimethylamylaminechemicals. Is this possible? Any ideas?

Needless to say I'm disappointed.
The search continues for a source of 2-fma :sus:

phenylethylamine is inactive. 1,3-DMAA only produces a very minor stimulant effect (which is why, in most cases, it is combined with caffeine). The Effexor didn't do anything. You got ripped off. Do your research before buying these supplements that promise "amp-like" effects. I assure you that none of them produce amp-like effects.

Sorry to hear it didn't work for you but that's par for the course with these things. Don't waste your money.

Just for the record, we're not here to help you locate 2-FMA. You'll have to look elsewhere.

Closing now.
