Snorting Wellbutrin

Would this be a bad idea? Would it be just as well to take it orally? I've been drinking and poppin xannies and I would like a little boost of energy before I drink more all night. lol
 
Don't bother. It's an anti-depressant... It doesn't really have any recreational value.

If you're prescribed Wellbutrin, take it as directed (i.e. orally).
 
Holy shit that burns!!! Not sure if I'm feeling any different yet, doubt I'm gonna snort much more tho. Hurt my throat.

What exactly are you expecting it to do, other than burn?

Get with it kiddo. If you had come on bluelight and searched through the forum for info on whether or not this would have been a good idea that would have helped you out. Certainly a lot more than posting a thread asking about it and soon after just doing it anyway. What was the point of asking then?
 
Just give me a stimulant boost since I've been drinking and poppin xanax. It was only a 100mg pill and i snorted half, think I'll just mix the other half in some fruit juice and drink it. Not worth the fucking burn in my sinus and throat.

P.S. I made sure to remove the outter coating.

Sorry to disappoint, but it won't give you a stimulant boost. If you do feel anything, it'll be a placebo effect.

This is from Wikipedia:

According to the US government classification of psychiatric medications, bupropion is "non-abusable" or has low abuse potential. In animal studies, however, squirrel monkeys and rats maintained the intravenous self-administration of bupropion, which may indicate abuse potential. However, significant interspecies differences of bupropion metabolism, particularly between rats and humans, make such extrapolations questionable.

And...

There have been four reports of bupropion abuse in the literature. Three cases described teenagers crushing and insufflating (snorting) the drug, two of them resulting in seizures. An additional case was reported where a teenager ingested bupropion believing the drug to be a stimulant.

Well I'm feelin pretty good right now. And I'm in no way trying to go against what anyone has said. Not gonna snort any more of the wellbutrin I don't think, just the remaining xanax.
 
Anyone know any contraindictions between wellbutrin, xanax and flexeril? Thinkin of poppin a 10mg flexeril after I drink some more wine. 8o
 
^ Flexeril interacts with alcohol and CNS depressants such as Xanax.
 
I know, I was mostly just wondering about wellbutrin cuz I've never taken it with that. But I searched around and couldnt find any thing so down the hatch it went lol. Time for some more wine! :D

Do some research before you start mixing different drugs and snorting things that wont get you high.

i felt really good on this combo with that said i was on like 8mg xanax and 30 mg flexeril and 300mg wellbutrin orally

i would NOT drink wine EVER with benzos or muscle relaxants unless you want to puke all night imo
 
Question has been pretty much answered: Very bad and dangerous idea!
