snorting vs oral

If I take hydromorphone and I am suppose to take 1 4mg pill every 4-6 hours, is snorting 1 4mg pill every 4-6 hours the same thing? What i mean is am i waiting enough time between rails so i wont OD?

Yeah its the same thing but the potency of the Dilaudid is higher snorting it and that is how you should be doing them. Unless of course it actually works for you orally, which very often it doesn't for people. If your waiting the same time increments you'll be fine but you'll always have a higher chance of OD'ing by doing quicker routes but in your case no problem.
