Well, first off this is just funny. By taking oxymorphone instead of vicodin you've put your self in a way bigger mess then you were even in before, the withdrawals will be alot worse then vicodin. I'm surprised no ones mentioned this. Oxymorphone withdrawal is a bitch.

I would get all the supplies you need to stay comfortable for 3 days of withdrawals. I.E. water, food, over the counter meds, ect.

As for the klonopin keep tapering, make sure your making progress. Maybe look into switching to valium when you get to the 2-3mg mark.

good advice on the switching to valium as it is a much better drug to taper with than xanax or klonopin.

first off your friend is an idiot. why anyone would give you a STRONGER opiate for withdrawal is beyond me but whatever, you've already been doing it for this long. Depending on how long you've taken the klonopin is the bigger issue because the withdrawals from benzos are more dangerous. You need to taper your klonopin down to taking only 1-2 mgs at a time before entering rehab and STOP taking the opanas immediately. from my experience from using 20 mg opanas I feel that doing that at one time is better than heroin!!!!! that's just my experience.

Oxymorphone has a low bioavailability for the oral ROA, which can lead many to believe that it isn't strong like oxycodone or hydrocodone.

Some people don't snort or shoot pills, and many people ignore this idea on Bluelight because of how long they have been strictly doing snorting/shooting, or primarily one of those instead of the oral or recommended/prescribed ROA.

Opana is the fucking cadillac of opiates, the best shit, better than oxy or H or even Dilaudid. It is a terrible withdrawal. Just be cool with it and taper down though.
