Snorting stuff/losing sense of smell.

I can see it being possible considering last time i snorted 0.1g mdma up both nostrils the days after i had nosebleeds, cant be good for the muscous membranes.

Is that where you get your sense of smell? I dont know but I dont like the 20min sting and blood noses.....

Actually I remember i used oxymetazoline inhaler before I snorted and maybe thats why I had so much blood the few days after

I've temporary lost my sense of smell after just 3 days of snorting Ethylphenidate. S*it wasn't fun at all and my nose kept bleeding and feeling dry for weeks.
If you'd consume an irritating substance like EPH at most once a month nasally and in small doses (e.g. 20mg) you'd probably be fine, still i strongly advise against the nasal roa for irritants.
You don't want to take the risk of never again being able to smell the scent of pretty girls in the summer in exchange for a few hours of stimulation, do you?

Yeh my sense of smell is gone.

My sense of smell has been gone for about two months, not sue if it is going to return. I was snorting MDMA wine night when I was out, at one point I snorted a fat line, felt it burn really a bad In my nasal cavity, haven't been able to taste or smell one thing really.. Just periodically smell something random mayb once or twice a day for a moment. Sucks.

I was snorting an RC on and off over a 3 week period with no problems. However it all ended when I stupidly snorted 2 really fat unchopped lines when pissed in publand and instantly got a nose bleed. My nose stayed blocked for weeks and dripped profusely though I couldn't clear it nor could I taste or smell anything. I sounded like I had a heavy cold. After trying a saline spray and decongestants with no improvement I eventually saw my doctor who prescribed Beconase which took a week to clear my nasal passages. It's now been 4 or 5 days with relatively clear sinuses thanks to daily use of spray however I still cannot taste or smell anything. It's now been 4 weeks since that last snort. The night after the heavy snort, I woke up & thought something in the house was burning but obviously on reflection it was my nose being destroyed. I was doing good quality coke a few years a go, regularly, for a year or so and didn't experience anything like this so it's clearly about not trying to snort too much in one go and letting it just sit there causing a mucous membrane barbeque plus the RC did have a bit of a sting I hadn't felt with coke. ----------------- I'm pleased to add to this post a few days further on that tonight, although not 100%, I actually began to taste food and I'm beginning to smell again.

I've been snorting percs daily for months. A lot of time it is 100 - 150 mg at a time. I have absolutely lost my sense of smell and taste amd also gotten nose bleeds. Has this happened to anyone else? Will it come back. I've researched it as much as possible and I get conflicting information.
