Try this trick sober before you try it wasted.

Oral seems to be the preferred method for maximizing absorption.

Edit: Adding a little more to compare the two:
-Oral is good because it has a higher BA, and it has a good, long high.
-Intranasal is ok, it's BA could be higher or lower (that much is inconclusive I believe). It hits quicker and harder, but it also drops off sooner, leaving me feeling unsatisfied in the end.

There's nothing inconclusive at all. The general opinion is that oral BA for most people is the higher end of that range (80-90% ), and intranasal somewhere around 50-65%. Quite a gap.

If you ask me, oral ROA is far superior than any other for this drug, which is one of the reasons it's such a magical opioid. You get a long peak.
