Snorting Opana ER 5mg + 1mg Xanax

I've already told my friend this is a bad combo, but I want to hear what you guys have to say. It's the old 5mg ER (stop sign) .. coating is removed and it's powdered very finely.

Is respiratory depression an issue at these low doses? He has no tolerance to anything. I told him to snort less than half to start if he does it.

I agree.

IMHO even 5mg of intranasal Opana by itself is way too much for someone with no tolerance to opiates.

Yeah thats what i thought i showed him the replies.

The 1mg IR Xanax was taken 9+ hours ago so it should be out of his system, and he decided to rail half of the pill. Thanks guys.
