As an opiate addict myself on suboxone maintenance, your opiate combination is nice, but it is no where the "opiate rush of the gods." Black tar heroin taken in the IV route would be a much stronger rush. You want to talk about the opiate of the gods? I already mentioned black tar H, but I'm sure pure Diacetylmorphine HCL injected would give off the strongest rush and euphoria one could ever imagine. Man, what are u doin snorting those hydromorphones.. Just look what I read up.

Anyone with experience taking hydromorphone IV and diacetylmorphine IV, please comment and say if the following is true or false:

"When injected, particularily intravenously, hydromorphone produces more intense contraction sensation in the muscles and a more powerful 'rush' than other opioids, even more so than heroin (diacetylmorphine)."

Mixing

Try mixing & then snorting half and half of good quality meth crystal (if you can get it) and coke and maybe about 1/3 quantity of H.......WOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!
 
A new one I tried a couple of weeks ago, though it's not all snorted.
H (nasal) + K (nasal_ and when you're getting warped lots of crack and upbeat rock with crescendo drums and moogs...heavenly, with no music it wouldn't be the same.
Way better than IV morphine with IM K which I've done but nodded out on the taxi on the way back. With the H as foundation K for the grey machinery /cement CEV's (not a hole) and then the crack to jump bounce and rock....ahhh good times. But OC+Midazolam is freaking awesome, completely different high though.
 
I'd like to raise another question if I may... how should one adjust their dose if they're combining substances? For example, H and coke (seems to be the most common).
 
generally I already tried each substance on its own before and have a pretty hefty tolerance when combining, with OC+midazolam it's easier cause you don't have to eyeball. Anyway if you're snorting it's not as dangerous as a speedball, but it comes down to tolerance and knoweledge of your body and substance purity. I find drinking on H way worse than doing K for example

Last time i took atarax, i cant even remember what dosage and i ended up nodding out to the point where id wake up and be like "what the fuck, oh shit". It was such a gnarly high, i think i took 75 MG though, i really cant remember. Thats the only reason i asked...

Actually from what I read, tar is a stronger rush than pure Heroin due to it containing other opiates because of lack of filtration.

Hydroxyzine is very good antihistamine, it's as good as promethazine (maybe even better) for opiate or benzo potentiation.
If you can get the 100mg pills, they are the best. But don't snort them, eat them.

Kids, don't try this at home...but, 10-20mg of diazepam, 80mg of OC/100mg of MS, and 50-75mg of Vistaril, w/ maybe 75mg of Lyrica & just a couple of Guiness is a nice way to relax from a hard day on your feet...:\

Yeah; the perfect high (my prefered high): Valium + Morphine + Hydroxyzine + Alcohol (+lyrica, it can't hurt, but I don't think it will add a noticeable effect if you take a good dose of the 4 substances afore mentioned)

I take this mix everyday (with Methadone instead of Morphine, and Promethazine instead of Hydroxyzine), and i have yet to discover a better combo.

Alrite Doc! I´d replace the diazepam with 45mgs midazolam (if you have access to versed, which I guess you do;) try 10-20mgs IV depending on tolerance), I don't like adding antihistaminites cause I enjoy the opiate itch, painful pleasure, there's noting like scratching your scrotum bathed in careless bliss, I take benadryl sometimes though but I'd rather potentiate with cimetidine and carisoprodol, but if hydroxizine is as cracked up to be as they all say I might give it a try.
I'd leave the lyrica out, though it intrigues me, I could get it for free from my psych. he offered it to me several times but I picked seroquel and wellbutrin, though I rarely use the bupoprion since I left med school for this semester.
Do you reccomend lyrica for ocassional use? I have aesperger and OCD and mild ADD.
On the beer field I´ll have newcastle instead of guinness though.
I´m a sucker for stout but I like drinking it in pints at the irish pubs downtown.
I remember once I was with a bler from the states who came to visit down here and we went on shrooms coke and loads of OC (snorted huge lines of mixed OC + C at his hotel room before, so it's topic related now) anyway, we headed to this big Irish pub and drunk pint after pint of the creamy irish finest stout, like 6 pints each and then went picking up girls as I started hallucinating from the shrooms as they were coming up hard and I forgot I ate about 4-5grs of dried P. Cubensis, spacing out, laughing, OEV. ahhhh I still remember the patterns in the wooden floor morphing in and out like a lake of rainbows, for a hard days night combo if you arent into brown ale and have to go with bottled I'd reccomend Negra Modelo, mexican ¨stout¨ but more corona like, less creamy. /end of another rant
 
^^...yeah....you should try it (Lyrica) sometime...it synergizes well w/ almost any benzo I can think of. Versed is nice, but it gives me some serious memory, ahem, problems (amnesia), and w/ 3 daughters & 45 students to look after (not to mention innumerable patients-- BTW, I don't do this at work, as people's lives are not something I take lightly...it's definitely reserved for an after work psychoactive snack..."snackoactive", if you will ;) ) I really can't afford that, but it is nice, granted...
 
...and cimetidine is definitely a given...:)
