Snorting Hydromorphone

How do you people get needles, i think im going to start a new thread on this so i dont hi-jack. But i just dont understand how its possible to get needles, legally, with-out a perscription, and not over the internet....

By moving somewhere else than USA. Like Europe for example. Usually they care more about the individuals in the Scandinavian countries.

In USA they're just happy if you manage to catch HIV/AIDS, hepatitis etc. by using dirty needles, because more money flows to the health care system when they'll have to treat you with expensive medications and that makes them happy!

Why is insufflated hydromorphone subject to the same first-pass metabolism based inefficiency as is oral hydromorphone? Is it?

I have only snorted dilaudid not more than once or twice .To the best of my memory it was because I did not have any rigs .I think my pick-up had broke down and I took my dilaudid with me but had forgot to bring any rigs with me .

Swerz,you could probably take roxi 30 orally but e12dsm put it rather nice about snorting a roxi .I usually snort roxi's myself but have easier access to roxi 15's than to the 30's .

I guess mixing roxi 30 with 4 mg dilaudid would make a helluva combo to say the least .With my tolerance and since I only IV dilaudid .I believe I would be better off waiting a good while in between doses of a K4 and roxi 30 .Just the K4 rush would be plenty for me ,at least for little while .
 
I love snorting dillys. I get them dirt cheap(50 cents for 4 mg pills) so it's not a waste for me. Generally I have to snort 9 of them though. I have a 120mg hydro tolerance and 100mg oxy tolerance, so you have some comparisons.
 
wow.. thats cheap lol

i have a low tolerance, plus i haven't used in a couple days. so if i did 9 (lol) i'd probably nod out of conciousness and into the best sleep ever lol
 
your source must be a little old grandma, cause they are much more expensive that buying them at a pharmacy. Im sure they are using insuranfce, so the 50c a piece is all profit. Id treat them (him/her) like gold because it probablly wont last long.....(They never do)
 
Seriously, dont play around with Dilaudid. My father was perscribed them for back injuries sustained at work in 1995 and i watched him slide down a long 8 year slope of hell...I've seen it first hand beginning to end. He shot himself Halloween night 2003 because of it. He would down (5) 24mg capsules easily in a few hours. I'm not creating a pity thread i'm just living first hand experience. Hydromorphone is playing russian roulette...with 3 bullets.

I have a script for these so I snort them too, cuz I'm just not interested in banging this shit. I do agree that its a waste to buy dillys and snort them if you are paying street prices for them. You might as well buy oxy or something that more effective orally. If you are paying a copay, or if you have a really dumb source selling them for 50 cents then what the hell.

Dude, are you snorting 9 of them at a time? Thats a huge fucking pile of powder my nose would be packed shut from that.

Actually since the pills are rather small it's not too bad. And they don't clump up bad at all. and for everybody else, i know that it won't last. And the person is a godsend in my eyes. It is a miracle to have found them so cheap. And they get so many of them. Oh I love it. Around here they don't usually sell for rela expensive, only 5-10 a piece. But we're a suburb so in the bigger city they go for atleast 16 a piece.

It's not! I smoke freebase hydrocodone and it works well. I've gone up to 60 mg and got a good not. No flash though.
 
I'll pose my question differently.
Most people will say that snorting or eating hydromorphone is a waste, suggesting that it be either plugged or IV'd. Why is that?

Two reasons:

1. Oral bioavailibility is low, something like 30%. Its not an efficient method of taking it.

2. You don't get the famous hydromorphone rush unless you IV

I've read that plugging is no better than oral though, so unless you bang snorting is the way to go.
 
it takes me 30mg of oxycodone to "feel it" I guess you can say... meaning I get pretty buzzed... anyways... i've only taken dilaudid orally, a couple of times, up to 4mg at once and nothing happened. by nothing I am not even talking about a buzz, because i could sense that that was nowhere close, but my pain wasn't even touched.

everybody is different, but I don't understand why these things are even prescribed still !
