Opioids snorting Hydromorphone mixed in water?

I plan on insufflating 4 mg of generic hydromorphone (PMS-hydromorphone) and I was wondering if I can do the method where you mix it in water than squirt it down your nose but im not sure how to do it or if I can even do it with the generic hydro I have could someone give me some tips/info like how long the high lasts using this method how long it takes etc...

It should work, probably will give the same effects as just snorting it normally

Making nasal sprays are usually done by dissolving the drugs in water & filtering it the best you can to remove pill fillers then loading it into a nasal spray bottle.

i herd making a nasal spray makes it so that the drug doesnt get stuck in the nasal passage so you end up getting like 60% instead of only 30%
