snorting heroin

my boyfriend use to snort heroin but he says he has stopped but i have my suspicions i want to know if u use to snort can u still have cronic runny noses someone please help
 
We can't tell you if your boyfriend is snorting Heroin or not based on the fact that he has a chronic runny nose...

This is just going to be a thread filled with speculation.
