You don't bypass the liver and kidneys, no, once a drug enters your bloodstream it's going to end up reaching them. What you do bypass is first-pass metabolism, the mechanism by which drugs you eat pass to the liver and can be metabolised there before they reach your brain. This is a good thing if the drug is active and it's metabolites aren't, but DHC metabolism is pretty complicated and it's not going to give you a clear-cut advantage as far as I can see. DHC doesn't put any strain on your liver and kidneys so I wouldn't worry about that..
Not sure what the nasal bioavailability is but snorting pills isn't generally a good idea, they contain a lot of fillers/binders which clog up your nose, can reduce drug absorption and lead to irritation/infections as well as fly into your lungs potentially causing damage there.
