Don't think loratadine is water soluble so it probably does nothing... but let's assume for a second it does, then anxiety or getting nervous could be an effect and/or drowsiness. And drowsiness is not the same as pleasant sedation.
Very likely the effects will be the same as when swallowed, and if they are different I would bet good money that side-effects increase. There is nothing tempting about the way it works in the body so please, do not snort it.
Cyclobenzaprine: same thing about the water solubility or lack thereof. If it works, absorption could be messed up - by that I mean if there is a difference in metabolism using this parenterally then it is potentially dangerous. Like I said I don't think it does anything at all but if it does, results could be unpredictable and you do not want to OD on the stuff. Just don't try it, there is nothing to be gained from either and much to be lost.
You shouldn't even be trying to use these recreationally by swallowing. Snorting something does not make it a recreational drug, even though the snorting itself might remind you of it.
For some reason I'm guessing you're quite young. Seriously if you must try and find ways to get high, put in some effort to get something reliable and stay away from shit like this.
