Snorting and plugging Hydromorphone

Hello, first time here.
Tried everything trust me, this is the drug for me especially on IV push and plugging for some reason does not WORK.
Can someone explain if there is a way I gotta do it?
Maybe I'm doing it wrong, I wait maybe 2 to 3 hours till it melts then push it in with oral syringe.
Also think its cause I get up instead of being laying down for awhile.
Another thing is with snorting, tried to do it last night and had epic failure.
I think its cause I didn't clean my nose but that's another story.
Is there a way to snort it too?
Please help, in pain and E.R is a bitch now cause new law charges money for each visit.
(Dunno if that's started yet but can't risk it.)

Many people find IV hydromorphone to produce the best rush out of all other opiates. Since you have IV'd it before, snorting and plugging will not feel like as good as a high unfortunately.

There a mixed results with plugging hydromorphone, as there have been recent debates on its effeciency. I realized that you said that you wait 2-3 hours for it to melt, then you put it in the oral syringe. You are supposed to crush the pill, and then put it in the solution and mix it. The hydromorphone is soluble in water, and will dissolve easily and quickly. There is no need to add heat. There will still be undissolved particles left in the solution, but they are just fillers so don't worry about it not dissolving.

After you plug, some say that it is best to lay on your side for 20-30 minutes in order to get the full effects.

Both intranasal and rectal route of administration gave low bioavailabilities in tests. It's like 20-30% only. So you will really be disappointed, not only because of the lack of the rush but also because of how weak it's going to be.

I am not a fan of Dillies.. Well anything but IV, which I have not tried yet, well from pill form. The Liquid form is great.. Good luck and enjoy your oppies

Those are huge ranges for oral and rectal, so you probably wanna do a bit more research but from the looks of it intranasal and IV are the best options.
 
How much MG do some of you that do hydromorphone do you plug?

Crush the pill into a powder and snort it up your nose.

Apparently from the numbers shown it seems to be the best method other than IV as far as BA goes so it should feel pretty good. Probably will feel like you just snorted some hydromorphone and make you high.

Whatever you do just be safe and make sure you do your research because you sound fairly inexperienced with this drug (just guessing by the way you phrased your questions) and nobody wants you hurting yourself just trying to get high,

I done hydro for about 6 months now, just can't get it prescribed by iv so finding another way to do it. I do hemo-dialysis three times a week and hydro just makes it go faster. Cause of my condition not a lot of medication are available for me.

Snorting it will have faster onset and more reliability of reaching a higher bioavailability than oral administration. There is a lot of variation of bioavailability on the rectal route according to many studies as well as user reports.

Of course, if it is for pain, you could just "use as directed" to keep your tolerance from rising too quickly if you are a chronic pain patient.
 
I crush it, rack it up, and snort it.

If you have a bunch of pills it is definitely worth it to prep as you would for an IV shot, but then snort the liquid 1ml at a time. This gives a more consistent, faster-absorbing intra-nasal route.
 
I realize this is a bit of an old thread but thought I'd resurrect it given an experience I'm currently having.

I'd done plenty of Dilaudid in the past, but only ever orally or intranasally, both ROA I was unimpressed with. Last weekend I had several IV 4mg shots mixed with decent cocaine, which a few of the best hedonistic voyages I've ever had. Today, I had only one good bag of dope left and wanted to boost it with something. The only rig I have right now is pretty blunted from IM'd MXE so I thought I'd give plugging 4mg of the dills a try and W-O-W, guys that *really* works and I wasn't expecting to be, but was rushing hard within 3 minutes. 18 minutes later and I'm still inching upwards.

I see someone pointed this out, but the margin of variability in the BA of rectal hydromorphone really is humongous; however if anyone is debating whether or not to attempt it to check out the various differences in the RoA of Dilaudid, I suggest doing so. NOT superior to IV, no doubt, but this is a really appreciable rush that is lasting way longer than an IV rush did and I suppose it's safer in a sense, too, especially if one shoots without a micron filter.

oookay i think i need to go nod out now... needlephobics definitely have another great option to enjoy hydromorphone, though.

What are you talking about? Intranasal Bioavailability of Hydromorphone is quite damn good, about 50%-58%. Intranasal Hydromorphone definitely blows Oxycodone Intranasal out of the water thats for sure
IMO.
 
Crush it up and put it in a shot glass with warm water... use a baby oral syringe or a syringe with needle ripped out.... I prefer the oral syringes for plugging!
 
I've been sniffing hydro-morph contin lately (extended release of hydromorphone). They're 12mg caps and i crush up the beads and sniff half of it. I feel it within 10 minutes and the initial rush/come-up is always intense with a warm, fuzzy body high. I ate 6mg (non crushed) and didn't feel a thing, not even hours later assuming i took mostly XR beads.

sniffing hydro has always been successful for me
