Stimulants snorting adderall xr caused swelling of the nose and nose pain days after. ?

yet snorting adderall IR didnt? why? And yes , I crushed the beads. Is there any way to reduce this. It doesnt hurt at all initially to snort adderall xr. but a day or so later my nose is noticeably swollen (to other people even) and painful. I am assuming this is due to the snorted xr. What causes this? Is there a way to avoid this?

It could be inflammation caused by not rinsing out your nose with saline well enough, around half an hour after you insufflate.

Yeah try rinsing out your nose atleast once when your done. Depending on how much your doing and how long your going for i would try a rinse every 2-4 hours.

It's possible you could be allergic to one of the fillers in the pill

It is also possible you have got sinusitis, either inflammation due to irritation or you have introduced an infection. If you are concerned and it is not getting better you should see a doctor as you may need antibiotics...

It could be because you're not supposed to snort it.
