Stimulants Snorting Adderall. First nose bleed. Questions.

My situation:
Ok everyone, its 3 hours after my last line(only had a couple) and while cleaning out my nose i noticed very small amounts of blood in the mucous of both nostrils. This is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this.I looked a lot more, and couldn't find any more blood. But I'm still kinda worried......scratch that, VERY worried

Background Info:
Iv snorted Adderall for the past 17 months-ish, on average about twice or three times a week. Every once and a while id go on a "binge" where i would use for 3 or 4 days(maybe like 2 20% snorting, mainly oral. in total ~170mg). In the bast I've snorted oxycotin and MDMA, but no more than twice each and this was a couple years ago. Most of the Adderall i snort is crushed XRs.
Currently snorting is my preferred ROA as its convenient for me

Questions:
-Obviously the first thing todo is to take a break from snorting.....how long of a break?
-If i continue snorting, what safety precautions should i take?
-Whats the likelihood that any of the damage is permanent?
-Anyone have suggestions for other ROAs ?(Don't say plugging, i know its effective, but its way to inconvenient for my uses)
-Any words of advice?

Get a saline nasal spray or better yet go get a neti pot.

Clean out your sinuses every other day for a week or so and let it heal. You probably haven't done too much damage.

It's a real problem when you start blowing out big chunks of bloody snot and obviously very heavy long going nose bleeds. Take care of your self. I didn't when I had a coke addiction and now I get the sniffles everytime it is cold. Very very annoying stuff.

IF you are insistent on continuing to insuffilate Amphetamine make sure you crush the chemical to as fine of a grain as possible, this goes for everything you insuffilate.. The tinier the particles the less damage you will do. As well as what Pscyhedelic Haze said, using a netti-pot to flush your sinuses is a fantastic idea and stop sniffing stuff for a good while, months so your mucus membrane in your nasal passages has a time to heal and perhaps recover.
