Snort Heroin, finally went Needle. INFO

DaymasZ said:
Wow let me say right now that the needle is horrible way to do drugs and I am extremely sorry that I said its the best. If my family found out I would be seriously kicked out on my ass even tho i have a lil more unemployment money left. I was laid off.

I have used plugging for those morphine pills as the liver takes like 33% of the drug and you pee out a good chunk of it before it hits your brain.
I took about 5 morphine pills and plugged and let me say I was so high it felt like I took 10+ it was totally worth it.
It sucks that coke/ speed / heroin / are hard to prepair and administer.

Again I am very sorry because I started this IV thing but I should have never started. I am quiting all except weed and pills of all kinds because I dont want to keep doing this.
Its the end of my drug run in my life and I reached max.
I did the E, the raves, the 2 year speed run, the year of heroin, been drunk daily for a few months aka alchohlic , daily weed smoker for 4 years. LSD way back in 1999 of spiderman paper tabs. Plenty of nitrus. Smoked ciggs for 6 months when I was younger - never smoked one since quit been like 7 years?

I am at the point where its all done and I am moving on to live for me and my family. Ya ok I dont know how to not have weed for more then a month, but no more street drugs or chemicals.
Detox baby.

Thanks man for your advice - thanks all for helpin !
No problem, man. I'm glad you reconsidered, I hope you do fine from then on, take care.

Its all on topic to my best ability and im totally serious in getting input on what im talking about. I put effort into this long ass posts because im trying to get the best answers. Im not wasting my time or yours with stupid shit, I really use this as harm reduction and I put alot of details in my posts to get the best answers possible by the vets of Bluelight.

Just because your too high and lazy to read a long post, doesnt make it a damn journal entry. It sure isnt a trip report.
Anyway I still want to know if anyone snorted heroin for a year and now have a decent nose afterwords?
Thanks for all the replys so far, I take this very serious.

I wasnt saying anything you said was wrong, if thats what you think. Im actually happy for you. Its good you realized what you were doing before its too late. I just didnt have much else to contribute besides the minor misconceptions I thought you may have had. I didnt mean to offend you or make you think your wasting anyones time. Sorry if I did.

But like I said, I snorted heroin for well over a year and my nose is fine. I also sniffed lots of coke too, in the same time period, so thats even better. Yours could be different though. Just because mine is fine doesnt mean yours is, although it most likely is. Get it checked out anyways to be sure.

Diacetyldeath!!

Thankyou very much for all your input and information - This is the kind of info and details I am looking for and you have helped alot I love learning and fine tuning my skills. Thanks for caring and I wish more people had the insight that you have. Its very appriciated and I hope god or karma gives you some boost for being kind and helpful. You must get praise because if it helps my life and my future then I will push out alot of thankyous even if they appear cheesey or over-stated. Yay!

So far I am switching vains and trying to avoid my hands but they are the easy ones. You know when you go and give blood and they always use the same vain your elbow big vain spot u know what im saying? I have missed in both arms twice to try and hit that, I was sure I drew blood but I think it was still a miss.
So I know you use a strap to make the vains thicker but I thought that would be the easy / no brainer when I started as I have had blood taken in those spots already. But nope I just cant do it (I dont try to because im stopping and I dont need to use them so far. Dunno the question but thats one situation.

Another is if I hit an artery - which someone told my pushes blood out - and vains carry blood into your heart - well if you register and shoot, how bad is that and you still get high right?

I have used vains in my feet and totally did a good hit as far as I thought but it still missed or I didt get high. I started on my feet so thats where I got red bumps and there not healed enough to even see where to hit yet.

Also if someone has Hep C , and there blood gets on a pill - and it drys and gets old, but then you eat that pill, will you get Hep C or must it enter your bloodstream? I dont have that but this older lady does and she sells pills and you can guess the situation so should I worry if I saw a red spot on a methadone waffer?

Long posts rock =P

Thanks for the kudos, I appreciate it.

You'll get better with IV with practice. I found that, back when I was a beginner, using brand new syringes made it more difficult because it was much easier to slip out of the other side of the vein since it was so sharp. While it's worse for your veins, you might try reusing a syringe (THAT HAS NOT BEEN SHARED) after CLEANING it thoroughly with water and, if possible, a water/bleach solution (though make sure you rinse it thoroughly afterwards, don't want to inject any bleach) -- syringes that are 2-3 injections old are a lot easier for beginners to register with, since you can sort of "feel" the syringe puncture the vein in that situation, even though it's worse for your veins. Once you get a feel for how it's done, go back to using new syringes every time, and let the vein you abused with the old syringe heal for a while.

I don't know what others' experiences are, but my biggest problem when I frst started out was not realizing how CLOSE to the surface of your skin veins really are. I was going in at like a 30 degree angle (from arm to syringe) when it really ought to be no more than 5-10 degrees -- especially if you tie off, the veins are literally right underneath the skin. That was my biggest problem -- once I solved that one, I could register every time (until I destroyed my bigger veins, so be sure to switch around). Make sure you're always pointing the syringe so that you're injecting TOWARDS your heart -- e.g., in your arm, towards your shoulder. But you seriously don't need any vertical component to the injection angle at all other than that which is implicitly provided by the diameter of the syringe. That's the pointer that helped me the most.

Injecting in your feet is not very safe; stick to using 3+ veins in your arms. Injecting such that the injection has to travel through your legs may dislodge a clot and cause a pulmonary embolism, cardiac arrest, or stroke.

You will know if you hit an artery -- A) The blood will be much lighter red (you know when you register a vein, the blood is very dark red, almost black; arterial blood is a much brighter red); B) The blood will be "frothy" since it has been oxygenated and since the pressure pushing it into the syringe will be very great; C) If you are using a new syringe, the pressure from the artery will push blood into the syringe even if you aren't pulling back on the plunger. Those are three ways to know you've hit an artery. If you do, PULL OUT IMMEDIATELY AND PUT PRESSURE ON THE PUNCTURE. If you inject, it will be an incredibly painful experience -- since the blood needs to travel through your body to reoxygenate your cells before it returns to the heart and the brain, where you're trying to get it. You will still get high, although less so, but you probably won't notice due to the intense pain. DO NOT INJECT INTO AN ARTERY.

RE: the pills -- I would be willing to bet that grandma's red splotch wasn't blood. However, it's NEVER a good idea to ingest another person's bodily fluids, period; it only approaches acceptability if you know EXPLICITLY (e.g. you have SEEN test results for all communicable diseases about which you could possibly be concerned -- people lie) what they have and what they do not have. Some diseases can survive boiling temperatures; some can live outside of the body for months; etc., etc. The safest thing would be to throw it away.

Anyway, hope I answered your questions. Be safe, good luck.
