I snorted heroin off and on for 3 months. Then quit for a month.
I resumed and been snorting for like 9 months almost a year.
Snorted before work and in my car during lunch hour.
So now I went to needle in fear perma fucking my nose up.
Ive been using needle for almost 2 weeks now.
It felt dirty. I felt like this is what homeless do because they dont have anything to live for, so they pump it in there arm because its cheaper and etc etc.
Well I had someone hit me my first time, after that I bought a 10 pak of syringes and just went at it.
Ok I cant go out of my room without a shirt because I have marks and shit on my arms and chest. Its not missing that can mess it up (duh of course it will make a huge bump if you miss)
but even when I hit and register I still have all kinds of shit like green reddish spots and red dots where I hit. Also from the misses I did do (ITS VERY HARD TO PROPERLY HIT WHEN YOUR NEW).
You need practice and from failures you get bumps and marks and spots and its obvious you did something to yourself if someone saw me shirtless.
That all said, I continued and I get higher then I ever been. I now understand why people always want a small coke mixed with there heroin. The so called real "speedball" is super ephoric and you act super nice and I was impressed with how it works.
I am 25 and never thought I would use a needle.
Once you start and begin to know your own body and doses and such, you realise your playing with your life.
I use very sterile equipment, wash hands, new paper towels and first aid cream applyed after I hit.
You are putting stuff from the street right into your heart. I once didt use the cotton filter (it was old so it didt filter good) and I saw all the floating pieces in the syringe. Those could EASY block your vains and get a heart attack. And there is a new event called a rush.
I would say a rush is like a peak on MDMA for example, where the drugs are producing the max effects. The rush feels like you peak on what you use right when you hit, so the peak is within moments of the drug into your blood stream.
It produces max effects, for a few min and then they trail down from that point. I can now see how people OD so much, the rush is like you poped E and in another moment your rolling balls peaking. Then slowly you feel the E less and less, as I said before.
I just wanted to try to detail this because the rush is over rated and the fact its instant from sober to peaking, and thats what a rush is in my experience.
I plan to get methadone and other meds and quit the needle altogether. This way of life is not sustainable for a long period.
9 months from now at this rate I would probably have infections and look disgusting, along with being unhealthy from collapsing veins. You dont want food, and its impossible to take a shit after a shot.
This guy used daily and he died a few months ago from colin cancer that spread to his stomach. He would rather buy 10$ heroin bag instead of getting food.
He would shit every other day, or depends and the toxins built up and his diet was just junk food or fast food. He died at 55.
My dad is 53. Im sure hes gonna live for at LEAST another 10 years.
This guy who died btw, he had every pharm drug you could ever want or name. Including methadone. And he would always prefer to buy heroin instead.
This is one of the most stupid mistakes I ever made. I think my nose is recovering slowly but its really screwed. I rarely sneeze.
I dont get runny noses. You take for granted being able to hock a loogie, and I had to stop putting drugs in my nose because I was sure I would get a disease if I continued.
I will perma stop using all drugs except meds and weed and not touch a needle again. I will update with how the withdraws differ then when snorting. Im sure worse. Thanks for reading, you guys got any advice or what you think of the situation?
Anyone on the needle for longer then 6 months and regret it?
Btw - I never increased my doses when I switched, so im not obbsessed with it. Im sure tho if I increased my dose, I wouldnt want to quit. And fuck that, right? Im in control !!
