Funnily enough I popped in there earlier to see how people are doing. The doorbell rang and I didn't get chance to wish you all continued improvement. In January when I had my op and the weeks recuperating after when I was in abject agony unable to move and attached to a bag of my own pee....you all helped me more than you could ever know.

I was stuck immobile at home mostly alone in rural nowhere screaming and writhing in pain and you really were my support, sympathy and advice team DESPITE the fact many of those in the thread were probably in equivalent pain if not worse and had far more serious and all encompassing and longer enduring medical shit going on. The thread MUST live on. I have said it before but I will say it again..you helped me through a very dark period in my life, I wont forget your kindness. I am now finally healed and fixed and happy and that is my wish for those that frequent it.

Had scan results yesterday and it's good news. Most of my lymph nodes are back to normal size now and the largest mass in my stomach has improved also.
So am in chemotherapy today and should have two more cycles after today and that should be the end of the chemo for me.

Waking up at 8:58 after pleasant snoozy dreams about EADD, commuting 2 minutes downstairs to find that I have bugger all work to do. Working from home snoo. <3
 
Just found out an old mate from college is pregnant. Really chuffed, not seen her much since we left but we still keep in touch. Invited me to the baby party ('shower' sounded 'too American' apparently) and it's in a pub so they've got that nailed down. Really happy for em both and she said she'll try make it up to see me before the party in June :D
 
I feel like Im missing out on these EADD dreams. I've never had one that im aware of. Considering that this place often consumes a large part of my day, and features more significantly than i would like it to i would have expected to have had an EADD dream by now. People arent posting enough pictures of themselves, that must be it. :sus:

2 minutes to get down the stairs :? Either you have a huge flight of stairs or are more decrepit than i can ever imagine you being. :) I once lived in a 3 storey house, and i once fainted after climbing the stairs too quickly after being sat down for too long downstairs. I think speed was involved. My housemates heard the thud of me collapsing downstairs, i was meant to be playing snooker with them at the local all night club just over the road, but didnt feel like going after that.

Ive posted plenty of pics C24, i think that its pics from other members that might enable some EADD dreams.
 
I remember a few MDB pics, but they were all really old. We need some recent stuff!

I do realise the hypocrisy here, really. I may post a pic one day, but I'd rather not repulse anyone.

Anyway, you and I both know that 90% of the 'female' posters are really truck drivers from Stevenage by the name of Dennis. However many pics they may crib from their sister's Photobucket. Good luck to 'em, I say.
