Snoo v:5 - Springtime Snooing

Everything's looking like it's on the up after a while of it looking not so good, it's sunny and everyone is smiling

hmm looks like Manchester has fobbed off its weather to Portugal and stolen the sun

I really love English summers, such a great feeling when the sun comes out in Manchester, everyone gets all giddy

England is the country which borders Manchester, right? ;)

As the t-shirt used to proclaim - "Manchester - North of England".

ha think people from Newcastle might disagree and call us soft southerners =D

I do miss Manchester, if I can't travel after uni I'm moving back there, Leeds has its charms but no chance I'm staying another full year, Manchester is ace even with all the scallys and rain

Wohoo, 11 days off in a row now! For only 3 days annual leave. And I have a lovely pile of droogs to entertain myself. Time for a good old fashioned stim binge!

No work till Tuesday, same again next week. On ye go! Weather is looking good, some jakey drinking in the park will need to get done over the weekend. Old Firm game on Sunday, no sure if that's a good or a bad thing :\

There's a decent dance event on over the weekend in Glasgow, Electric Frog. Francois K, Green Velvet, Slam, MMM, Ben Klock, Dave Clarke & quite a few other cunts that I can't remember or be bothered looking up (stoned/half-drunk & just got put out of pub poker rapid style so I can't be arsed). I don't know if anycunt's gonna end up going though. Definitely gonna spend the weekend kicking about Glasgow drinking in Kelvingrove during the day & likely taking far too much MD at night.

Tryna save my drugs/braincells for next weekend but it's not gonna happen. There's a free night on in some secret location in the city centre on the Friday (free entry & free top hats apparently %)) which will no doubt have a good after party sorted as well, then my mate's putting a techno/house night on locally on Saturday then Richie Hawtin at The Arches on the Sunday.

It's gonna be a good couple of weekends, I'm fucking happy! =D

I'm really in the mood of some daytime drinking in the sunshine this weekend (assuming there is any) but lack of cash probably means it's not gonna happen.

Francois Kervorkian is amazing, hes been djing and producing since the 70's.

A true innovator, heard him once @ Ministry many years ago, and hes still making fresh music today!

Aye man. I've seen him play before, can't remember where. Possibly just The Arches. He's quality.

Found the full line-up

Saturday - Erol Alkan, Dj Yoda, Francois K, Ivan Smagghe, Danny Krivit, Optimo, Unabombers, Andrew Pirie, Thunder Disco Club

Sunday - J Rocc, Green Velvet, Dave Clarke, Kode 9, Ben Klock, Slam (Live), L-Vis 1990, Todd Edwards, MMM (Live), Animal Farm, Electric Eliminators.

Apparently still more folk to be confirmed.

I'd rather go to the Sunday tbh so if I do go I wont even get to see Francois K.

Both days look good, just be greedy and do the lot; you no you wanna, lol. ;)

I have to do family shizzle this weekend, and ive just paid for my hotel for Ibiza later this year so im semi skint and also tied to commitments, which means exciting weekend ahead!... (sighs).

Some one bought me a mood ring today with what little money they had. That gave me a lot of snoo. It fits perfectly as well.

Also got to spend some time with one of my favourite people today.

Had an ex of nearly a decade ring me up saying she's unhappy in her current relationship and wish she never acted in the way she did, made it hard on me and the kids etc ring me up earlier before she went out to get smashed in town..

Then realising how easier it would be to get back with her and how happy the kids would be, but then realising how unhappy we would be and how the arguments would not only effect us as a "couple" but the kids being around us shouting and slanging all the time, has made me realise how much better off I am since I called it time.

It's just made me realise how happy I am with my current partner. Just being able to hold a conversation with her without being called a liar, or that I'm wrong or that Jeremy Kyle will settle all our problems.. Not only that, but how the kids interact with her, asking my gf to help with homework as mummy doesn't have time for that (despite not working). How they cling on to her, are happy to be around her, and for once actually be happy and act like normal kids. Breaks my heart, and I came from a shite upbringing myself. Makes you realise shit can land on your plate despite your best intentions.

Happy Happy Happy.

Is that a daytime event PTCH? I messaged my mate who lives in GGow about a day out there this weekend if he wasn't working, could be a shout like.

Aye my mates working 5-9pm all weekend, trying to see if another mate from Stirling fancies it.

Garden-snoo! Potatoes and tomatoes and herbs and lillies :D

Year anniversary with the Mr tomorrow snoo too <3

We've had a few up and downs lately but it's all looking bright at the moment, and we're off to the zoo and for a meal to celebrate :D
