Snoo v:5 - Springtime Snooing

I could be working with the mentally challenged, Elderly, Mental Health care, Alcohol/ drug abuse, domestic violence or homeless. I'm so over the moon. I just can't wait.

If I don't get a mental Health placement I'll just take one of the others until something becomes available. I get training in ALL areas so that I can be interchangeable. This also helps me get funding and on the job experience for Mental Health Nursing.

The guy that runs the course is just so lovely and was gutted I'd only missed his last course by a couple of weeks. I said I didn't mind waiting as I didn't want to miss any bit of it. It's a month class room training and all my other training is done on site, hands on.

That's fantastic news - well pleased for you, sounds right up your street - you'll be an asset, lucky them getting you! %)

Regarding the hair colour thing...I wish I could go for more than "covering" the grey lol, liable to get sacked if I turned up with blue hair. Thankfully colourful isn't my thang :)

Though got my long hair chopped off last weekend - drastic job too. I now have a v. short bob :| chilly on the neck :\

Snoo as it's less work.
 
Thanks Kate, It's what I really want to do with my life. I can't wait to go out there. I know it's naive of me to think I can change the world but I'd like to make a difference in someones life. Help when help is needed. Maybe ease any burden.


Oh, If you ever get up to it I'd love you to text me a pic of your new hair. Sounds great. I used to LOVE my short hair. Sadly I'm with a man that loves long hair. It would take all the fun out of it if I chopped it all off.
 
It ain't much, but given some of the horrible shit that's been going down it's something - I realised last night that it has been several years since I last punched a wall due to surges of extreme anger I used to experience. So here's to how ever many years of no skinned knuckles / chipped bones in my right hand, and probably a calmer outlook on life in general (raises mug of tea).

that is a snoo snoo snoo alright!! heres my snoo, a pair of cotton zebra print pyjama bottoms for only £4.80 from ethel austin...... absolutely perfect for popping to the shops!!! <3

Photo snoo. Just looking at some old photos in one of my albums and realised how random and exciting my life has been so far. I've met some really lovely people that have and still do make me smile. Fond memories. Even the hard times pass leaving behind good lessons and even some fondness.


Looking at those photos really brought a smile to my face. Made me miss one of my best mates. Good thing I've got her on FB. Hope she comes to visit soon. It's been over 10 years since I've seen her.
 
I love doing that, had a proper rummage through all my Uni and travelling and general mashup/festivals/afterparty pix a while back, was lovely :)

Good to sit back and reflect and count your blessings sometimes for sure <3

Made me also realise I need to get the camera out more. It used to be attached to my hand at one point. Now I hardly every get it out. That's needing remedied.
 
Definitely me too! All my pix on facebook etc are old-ish ones, need to sort that out. I so love looking through the amazing/hilarious/wrong photos after a night of carnage, and capturing my funtimes with friends etc :)
 
i need to have a look through yours. For some reason I never look through my FB friends photos. Dunno why.


Seems they look through mine through. I forget I have most in there. Then again, most don't have me in them. Just a rare few.
 
My boyfriend smoked a hit of DMT this morning, my laptop which has had issues with the connection of the charger and seemed to have given up totally, just not turning on, or charging or working via mains power miraculously started working again once he had done the hit. I had been fiddling with it just before he did it, but gave up. Then suddenly it worked! Probably as I left it alone, or maybe it was DMT magic ;)

Made me happy as I can't afford to give my laptop to anyone to fix, and would be gutted if it was out of action for a while as all my music is on here!
 
That's a good snoo! Yay for DMT magic!

Major snoo for me today, my parents came to visit and have cleaned my flat up for me! They also brought me some old rugs to cover up my crappy carpet, a hoover, some courgette plants and a big pot of flowers, a tortoise ornament thing for my garden and some amazing outdoor multicoloured dragonfly lights! Dead pleased :D

Was really lovely to see them too :)

Keep it Basic , nah good job Mugz. Imo it can be a tad stating the obvious in their but very imortant job cos alot of folk with very little Drug experience go their 4 advice. Feel free to PM me if u need any Heroin related advice.

Thanks mate, I don't have too much experience with opiates so will struggle a bit with the opiate posts in there for a while.

Thanks :) I was a tad surprised at how quick it happened too, woke up this morning checked my emails and I was a mod :) Have used my moderating powers once so far, closed a thread, it was fun.
