Friends would be great. I really do miss friends. The face-to-face type of friends, I mean. BL Buddies are great - and I would be lost without them - but not really the same

PS: Friends (the TV programme) was dire. Thankfully I've only ever been subjected to a few bits here and there and managed to avoid ever watching a whole episode. Really don't understand its popularity at all. Twas tedious twaddle of the highest order.

I meant to explain that tonight I've realised that I can actually let someone I don't know that well properly into myself. I do do it, just not often. I've just done it with somebody tonight after spending a few evenings with her. I don't do this often with females, there are only two who I've done it with in many years. I've shut people out for years too and not had many people around me. I'd been a loner for too long. I still like and need to be a loner though.
