yup, but my body was getting used to it and they would need to double the allready high dose, instead they gave me topomax which is an anti seizure drug- queue endlessly being sick and feeling awful, plus due to the bad doctoring of my doctor(lol) i went through about 36hours of withdrawals from the propranalol....not something i ever ever want to experience again.

its not one of those DIY at life books, more of a phillosophical psychology book.. this guy spent years in concentration camps and the like.. and its about how people can still find a meaning in life even in the worst circumstances.
