I'm not asking for legal advice. What I want to know is where can I find current information about the legal status of herbal incense both federally and by state.

There are a long list of chemicals banned by Schumers Legislation but some synthetic cannabinoids are not included in the bill and I really need to know if this means they are really are still legal or if they aren't listed but would still be considered analogs or some other way still no-nos.
