No, im pretty sure LSD cannot be detected by dogs. Its just far to uncommen for them to bother training the dogs to pick it up. They only target the main drugs.

I only posted the amount i had on me, as a way of showing how lucky i was that the dog didnt pick me up. all good, i am new here, still getting used to it. think i might read some of the rules.

Activated carbon is the best. This is the method most smugglers use at the current time. Fuks up the dogs sinuses and they wont be able to smell for a while. U only need a gram or two, u dont even need to keep it with ur stash. U can also rub a fair amount on ur shoe. Nothin works better than that.

^^ phase_dancer has linked a few times a product used to train sniffer dogs to detect it. I'd dig up the link but I'm laaaaazzzzyyyyy.

As psilo said, it's possible but very very unlikely in Australia unless customs/federal police were after large scale importations or somesuch. I'd hazard a guess and say in situations like that they might even import the trained dogs from elsewhere for the operation rather than go through the cost of training their own? Just idle speculation...

Or try fish shops, they sell it to filter the water. Comes in small, round tablets. Easily crushable.

So just having one on you would not adequately deter the dogs from other scents? Does it need to be crushed? Just trying to think of how you would do this in a club scene... perhaps the suggestion of putting a bit on your shoes would work, although vain females may not want to taint "the shoes" with such substances!

Curious on how you guys feel would would be the best way to clean out a wallet that has come into contact with drugs in the past?

I'm going to a certain event next month and intend to do everything I can to conceal my (rather diminutive) stash, especially since I'll be flying there in the morning beforehand, but I'm somewhat concerned about my wallet. On at least a couple occasions I've spilt varying quantities of MDMA and meth into it, obviously I'll wipe it all down and soak the cards, but I'm concerned that the residue on it may attract attention from the dogs.

Am I just being paranoid? It's been a good 6 months or so since the wallet has contained any drugs.

I'm thinking one plan might be to just buy a cheap crappy $10 wallet and use that for the weekend, I'm not sure if that's necessary though.

Also how do you feel about using other substances to cover the smell? People talk about things like ginger or chilli, but it seems to me that anything that would elicit a negative reaction from the dogs would just draw more attention to me.

I'll probably go with the condom method. Wrap in a clean baggie with gloved hands, spray in deodorant, wrap again, spray, wrap again, spray, wrap in a condom, tie, and tape it as close to my junk as I can comfortably manage.

Buy a new wallet.

If the dogs happens to smell your wallet they'll do a full search on you. Safer not to risk it.

Regarding the activated charcoal, my process involves 'bag within a bag', using the charcoal - I'm sure you could use your imagination.

However, speaking as to how to elude the police/smuggling is not the best idea on an open forum and a quick way to have the thread close, I'm sure.

in reality, there is nothing you can do to stop the dogs from smelling your drugs, no matter how you package them or wrap them...

its mainly just luck of the draw, and the police watching how you react to the dogs... but whatever floats your boat.

Well nothing is 100% guaranteed, but take two guys:

1) Has a baggie of pills in his pocket, hasn't washed his hands and has residue on them, has residue on his wallet

2) baggie of pills tightly wrapped multiple times, then put inside a condom, then taped in the crotch area, has washed meticulously and has no drug residue on his body or clothing.

Which do you think has the biggest chance of getting through safely?

Obviously nothing is 100%, but precautions can make the difference between having a great day and having your day ruined/potentially facing massive ramifications for your life and future.
