I've heard a lot of rumors about this. Some people say that if you smoke a lot you can get a pretty good buzz, but then I've heard others say that this is straight retarded. Not having ever done it myself (I'm pretty reluctant to even try it), I was just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about this?
 
Well it contains caffeine and theophylline so it is certainly plausible. But I wouldn't expect anything more then a little light headedness and possibly a headache.
 
The only real active ingredient is caffeine, taking a few no-doz pills or 2 coffees will do more.
