Smoking synthetic cannabinoids sprayed on paper

When I was locked up I smoked synthetic cannabinoids sprayed on paper. We would cut the paper into small pieces and put it on top of tea leaves and roll it up and smoke it. Anyone have experience with this or is it just a jail thing.
 
As for synthetic cannabinoids, I know a vendor ,just supply the precursor for that , supply the synthesis methods and materials.
This makes me feel like I'm being told how to "fish" instead of simply "buying fish". lol

Definitely sounds like a prison thing.
 
It is most definitely a prison thing I serve several years in federal prison and other than walking the track it was about the only thing to do with smoke those little pieces of paper. I wish I could find out what chemical that was
