Smoking question

I tried to smoke some pot out of a homemade bong, but I obviously did something wrong because the chamber wouldn't fill up with smoke regularly. This caused me to just inhale the entire time whether my thumb was on the hole or not.
Next thing I remember my heart rate is so fast I can feel it in my face!

It's been an hour or so, and my vision stopped strobing and my heart has slowed down. My stomach, however, is burning like crazy and my muscles keep cramping up, so it's hard tro move. What damage did I do and what can I do to help alleviate it

You're being way too nonspecific for people on an Internet forum to tell you what happened.

We don't even know what substance you smoked...
